Making Friends
With Grief

Untitled design (9)_edited.jpg

Grief is like an uninvited “friend” that shows up randomly, and it often overstays its welcome. Its companionship remains with us in different forms.

Making Friends With Grief is about learning how to better understand grief, and how to support people dealing with it, to  help navigate the grief journey.

Services

I support individuals, employers & organizations in becoming more grief literate. In doing so, we improve our collective ability to move through the experience with grace and compassion.
